Can you help me PLZ,
I have some problem’s when i compile “surfpoints.cpp” and “surfmatch.cpp” under matlab; i have this :

In file included from surfpoints.cpp:21:

mex: compile of ‘ “surfpoints.cpp”‘ failed.

??? Error using ==> mex at 207
Unable to complete successfully.

That’s weird. I’m on F18, and the screen-shot is from F18 too. Did the package install correctly? Maybe log out and back in and check?

Hi, this doesn’t work for my Fedora 18. After I installed the packages, the right click context menu of rabbitvcs doesn’t show up. Do you know what’s the reason for that?

By the time you get around to buying that workstation, laptop tech will be good enough that you won’t need one. There’s no good reason why streaming electrons around in circles should require a huge, unportable box. The real luxury is having a large, high-res screen to connect to wherever you keep a desk.

No. I need more money, not configuration advice from geeks. Did you completely miss the word “student” in the post? Everyone would love better hardware. Doesn’t mean everyone can get it.

I have a Thinkpad T520 i5 with 16GB ram and 256gb ssd powered by fedora 18 and I run 10 hours a day over 8 kvm guests on it with full io disk and networking plus some other softwares on host and I haven’t had any issue! Maybe you need to ask geeks to choose right hardware and right linux configurations for you!!
